Refund & Returns Policy
60-Day Trial
All products come with a 60-day trial starting from the day you receive your parcel. If you are not satisfied, return your item for a full refund.
Return Policy for Customer Remorse
You have 60 days to return your items. Please contact us at support@deboulab.com to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Dirty, broken, damaged, or stained items are not eligible for a refund. Once we have received your request, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the instructions.
Return Policy for Damaged, Incorrect, or Dysfunctional Products
Defective or damaged items can be replaced. If your product is defective or damaged, please reach out to us within 60 days, and we will provide a replacement.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fees will be applied.
Amendments and Cancellations
You have 24 hours after placing your order to contact us for amendments and cancellations.
Refunds
If you wish to receive a refund, contact us within 60 days. Upon receipt and inspection of your items, we will process a replacement or refund. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be issued to your original payment method.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Debou will assist in the investigation of lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery but is not responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items can be replaced. Please email us for exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are non-returnable. Certain products, such as pain patches, are non-refundable once opened due to hygiene and safety concerns.
