You have 30 days to try your product at home.
If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Returns for Changed Mind

If the product didn’t meet your expectations, that’s okay.
Just contact us within 30 days, and we’ll provide the return instructions.

Once your return is delivered and confirmed, we’ll issue your refund.

💥 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, let us know within 30 days.
We’ll send you a replacement — quickly and free of charge.

✏️ Change or Cancel Your Order

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, just email us within 24 hours of placing it and we’ll do our best to adjust it in time.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item is delivered to our return address.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, we’ll help investigate the issue with the carrier.
Please note, we’re not responsible for orders that show as successfully delivered.

🔄 Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or the item doesn’t feel right, contact us within 30 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
